Enchanting Fun Awaits At The Play Forest In Mississippi

Did you know we have a Play Forest here in the Magnolia State? It’s true, and it’s as enchanting as it sounds. Part of the Clinton Community Nature Center, the one-of-a-kind forest boasts all sorts of fun amenities, such as a sandbox and splashing frog water feature. Founded in 1993, the Clinton Community Nature Center is located in the heart of Clinton.

An amazing attraction, the nature center features miles of shaded walking trails, an amphitheater, native plants, and, one of its most recent additions, the Play Forest.

Debuted in 2012, the Play Forest is fun for kids of all ages.

By combining the beauty of the great outdoors and the natural curiosity of kids, the Play Forest is the perfect mix of recreation and education.

The forest features several amenities, making it easy for kids to explore the outdoors.

Options for play include everything from a sandbox and mud kitchen…

…to a splashing frog water feature, providing the perfect way to cool off on a hot day.
