The Hidden Beach In Indiana With Clear Waters That Rival The Caribbean

Situated in southern Indiana, Buffalo Trace Park is a near 150-acre public preserve in Harrison County. It sits along the edge of a historic bison migration trail that dates back to when these beasts ruled the Midwest. Themigration trail was later used as a wagon path for settlers exploring the plains.

This immaculate area includes a hidden beach that is the centerpiece of the park. Visitors enjoy many activities here.

If you wish to stay longer than a few hours, there are on-site cabins as well as campsites for RVs and tents. Guests enjoy some of the most scenic camping in the state at this lovely place.

There are about 20 different activities to enjoy at this wonderful park. Guests will find tennis and basketball courts, a volleyball pit, a baseball diamond, picnic shelter houses, horseshoe pits, multiple playgrounds, walking trails, and even a petting zoo.

Other fun things to do while you enjoy this hidden beach include swimming, boating, fishing, and playing games like corn hole, disc golf, and frisbee. Summer is endless at this secluded and rejuvenating paradise.
