Known affectionately as "The Gathering Place," Oahu is Hawaii's third-largest island, but home to two-thirds of the state's population. And despite the fact that so many people call this small, 600-square-mile island home, its natural beauty surpasses that of almost any travel destination we can think of. It's no wonder why every year there are thousands of people from all over the world visiting Oahu. From the shimmering, turquoise waters of Kailua and fish swimming underwater, to the magnificent waterfalls hidden deep in the island's valleys as well as the majestic Ko'olau Mountains, this incredible footage shows off some of the best views of Oahu. This video, shot by David Leiter for Hawaii News Now, is sure to drop your jaw and leave you stunned and speechless as you view some of the most beautiful places in Hawaii!
