It isn't quite spring in Connecticut until the cherry trees bloom. No matter how crazy the world seems, when these stunning pink flowers burst forth, they never fail to brighten our days. We never grow tired of looking at these vibrant pops of color! Cherry blossoms are one of those blooms that are sweet, simple, and oh-so timeless. Keep your eye out - this charming sight of Connecticut's cherry trees bursting into color only lasts about two weeks, and you won't want to miss it! Come spring's arrival, all throughout Connecticut, Yoshino cherry trees grace us with their beauty.

But for two weeks during April, these flowering plants really put on a show.

Cherry blossom trees in Connecticut are relatively easy to find around every corner, both at private residences to be admired from afar, and local parks to ogle up close.

These eye-catching plants even inspired a local festival in New Haven.

In 1973, the New Haven Historic Commission and Parks Department planted 72 enchanting cherry trees around the Wooster Square neighborhood.

But that isn't the only place you can catch these magnificent flowering trees. Greenwich, Connecticut bursts with color this time of year.

Mill River Park in Stamford also boasts an incredible view.

The look especially magical along the glimmering Mill River.

These views are so inspiring, you could stare at them all day.
