The Natural Swimming Hole In Colorado That Will Take You Back To The Good Ole Days
Discover the Devil’s Punchbowl, a hidden and scenic swimming hole in Colorado with crystal clear waters and 20-foot-tall cliffs.
A long weekend is upon us, which means it is time to hit the water and enjoy the warm and sunny weather! Instead of taking the boat on the lake (which can get crowded and stressful really quick), we suggest hitting this epic swimming hole that is guaranteed to take you back to the good old days:
Welcome to the Devil’s Punchbowl; a hidden Colorado swimming hole that may have a sinister name, but is anything but.
Located off Independence Pass near Aspen, the Devil’s Punchbowl is home to both crystal clear waters...
...and 20-foot-tall cliffs, making for what is quite possibly the most epic (and beautiful) swimming hole in the state.
(Be warned: The water in the Punchbowl may be pretty, but it is COLD!)
Access to the Devil’s Punchbowl can be found just past mile marker 50 on Independence Pass Road (Highway 82).
