The hike is great no matter what time of year, but it’s especially popular from March through October. During the warmer months, there are lots of pretty wildflowers and local wildlife on the trail. Plus, the falls is a great place for hikers to rest and to make a splash on a hot day.  

While the waterfall is pretty in the summer, it comes alive during the winter when this beauty is frozen in time. After a fresh snowfall and the perfect icy conditions, the surrounding area is a great backdrop for some winter pictures. For even more adventure, hike to the top of the waterfall to get a better view of it. It will take some effort, but the reward is well worth it.
