Climb Toppled Trees And Ogle Magnificent Sky High Aspens On This Fairy Tale Trail In Colorado

Raspberry Mountain Trail in Colorado offers a magical 5.2-mile hike with stunning views and unique natural features.

Are you looking for a stunning Colorado hike that appears to be out of a fairy tale? While this concept may seem too good to be true, it is real and can be found via this beautiful fairy tale trail in Colorado:

Welcome to the lovely, cannot-miss Raspberry Mountain Trail!

Located near Divide, Raspberry Mountain and its namesake trail are every bit as magical and unique as they sound as this moderate, 5.2-mile trail features surprises around every corner.

Featuring both a clear path and signs, Raspberry Mountain is - despite its climb in elevation and toppled trees here and there - easy to navigate.

If you ask us, the remnants of these once sturdy woods make the hike even more unique.

While you are hiking, be sure to look up, as the mature aspens seem as though they can reach the sky!

Does this vibrantly-colored red with white polka dot toadstool mushroom remind anyone else of a page out of a storybook?

Though the entire out-and-back trek is truly unforgettable, the best part of the hike is when you reach the top of the summit, which will make you think that you are standing on top of the world.

Please note: There is a 1,000+ foot elevation gain from start to finish. The Trail is best accessed between March through October.

The gate to access the Ring the Peak/Raspberry Mountain Trail is closed during the winter months and for any inclement weather. To check current conditions, please visit the U.S. Forest Service's website.
