The Enchanted Forest Of Light In Southern California That Is Beyond Magical
If you haven't heard of Enchanted Forest of Light in Southern California yet, you'll want to pay attention as this may be one of the most splendid things to do in SoCal this winter season. As the title suggests, it's definitely enchanting and bright...a walk through this forest is something you won't ever forget.
The Enchanted Forest of Light at Descanso Gardens in La Canada Flintridge is a spectacular display of glowing lights that brings the forest to life once the sun goes down.
During the daytime, Descanso Gardens is bursting with natural light.
But after the sun disappears in the sky, the gardens and forests are transformed into a spectacular display of colorful and radiant night lights.
The "Symphony of Oaks" is one of the many dazzling displays you'll encounter along the 1-mile trail.
Each setting is unique and magical with a lighted path to guide you through the gardens.
You'll even find chandeliers in the camellia forest. Just make sure you look up to find them or you might miss these dazzling details.

There's even a lake of light along the tour. Lightwave Lake is sure enchanting when it's all aglow.
As you stroll the gardens, you'll come across this hauntingly beautiful field of light that looks like it's in a galaxy far, far, away.
It's the kind of beauty that might inspire you to canoodle with your special someone under a canopy of illuminated trees.
Other sights along the way include garden transformations that go from day to night. The Japanese Garden, for example, transforms into the "Garden of Good Fortune" after dark.
It truly is an enchanted forest in every way. Seeing it in person will be an absolute delight for the whole family.
