Experience Twinkling Lights At Wonderland Under Warrior, Alabama’s Magical Christmas Cave

There’s no denying that Alabama knows how to celebrate Christmas. Many festive events are held throughout the state when the weather is cold outside, one of which is “Wonderland Under Warrior.” This Christmas cave in Alabama is one of my favorite things to do during the holiday season. And in my opinion, you should add this cave wonderland in Alabama to your list this year. "Wonderland Under Warrior" is located at Rickwood Caverns State Park in Warrior, Alabama. It's Alabama's magical Christmas cave.

Each holiday season, people of all ages come from near and far to visit this historic cave, which has been transformed into an underground winter wonderland.

"Wonderland Under Warrior" begins in mid-November and will continue through January 1st. The time of the tours will take place between the hours of 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended! For a look at the operating schedule, check out the Rickwood Caverns' website.

The admission cost for "Wonderland Under Warrior" is $12 for anyone ages 5 and up. For children ages 4 and under, admission is free.

While walking "Wonderland Under Warrior's" one-mile path, you'll be surrounded by lots of twinkling lights and...

...cheerful displays. They'll most certainly put you in the holiday spirit.
