You'll find the trailhead in Many Glacier. It's located at the end of the parking lot for the Swiftcurrent Motor Inn.
The trail is just 3.6 miles out and back, and it's easy enough for most hikers to tackle. The elevation change on the hike is only 236 feet, so there aren't any steep spots to navigate.
