If you've ever spent time in Hamilton, you're probably familiar with Naps Grill. And if you're not, we highly recommend you treat yourself to something tasty from this iconic local establishment. You'll want to come hungry, because the portions here are not small. In fact, this neighborhood gem is known statewide for its massive burger challenge.

Naps Grill has been part of the Hamilton community for almost 30 years.

A few years ago, they relocated to 200 West Main Street, adding a bar and lounge and creating a more upscale ambiance.

Naps Grill is warm, welcoming, and laid back -- everything you want to see in a burger joint.

They've won numerous local awards for their burgers. In fact, they were once included in a list of Top Burgers in the Nation.

You'll find more than burgers on the menu here, so stop in even if you're craving something else.

The charbroiled chicken sandwich, French Dip, steaks, and salads are all popular.

But the burgers are definitely what Naps Grill is known for -- and if you're feeling ambitious, you can ask about the Bitterroot Beast Burger Challenge.

This $30 burger consists of three 12-ounce burger patties piled high with bacon, onions, mushrooms, and cheese. It's served with a pound of fries and a 16-ounce milkshake (your choice of flavor).

If you can finish this entire meal in 25 minutes, it's free -- and you'll win a t-shirt and a spot on the Wall of Fame.

Many a Montanan has attempted this challenge. Surprisingly, quite a few have been able to do it too! But even if you don't succeed, devouring an enormous burger and fries is always a worthy endeavor.

Of course, Naps Grill has plenty of regular-sized burgers as well.

The Naps Deal is a 3/4-pound patty, an order of fries, and bottomless soda for $11.25. If you're hungry, but not quite Beast Burger hungry, order the Belly Buster. It's two 12-ounce beef patties piled high with toppings of your choice.
