The building at 451 East Main Street in Bozeman has been reinvented several times over the years… and we think you’re going to love its latest incarnation. What started out as a service station decades ago eventually became The Garage Soup Shack, a beloved spot for soup and sandwiches. And now, after years of planning and months of hard work, SHINE Beer Sanctuary + Bottle Shop is open for business – and every beer-loving Montanan should check it out.
That's because the team spent months renovating and expanding the space to fit their vision.
The owners are Travis Collins, Pete Strom, and Lindsey Gabrian, with employee Kate Chan and Travis's wife Julie Collins playing an integral role as well. Strom and Gabrian owned and managed The Garage, so they're happy to see the new venture succeeding.

It's a place to go to enjoy a beer or two, a meal, and the company of others.

La Parilla specialized in burritos, but the new eatery also offers nachos and street tacos.
