There’s An Adventure Park Hiding Near St. Louis And You Need To Visit
It’s always fun to find a new a new activity, and they just don’t get much newer than this! Amp Up Action Park just opened on July 1st right outside of St. Louis… and it’s pretty awesome. With tons of cool activities for kids and families alike, this spot is sure to delight both the young and the young at heart!
Amp Up Action Park is all about high-energy fun for all ages.
For thrill seekers, you’ll find quite an adrenaline rush on their state-of-the-art professional tracks with high speed carts that will feed your need for speed (up to 40 miles per hour!)
Check out the awesome gaming floor for classic games like skeeball and air hockey, as well as interactive games that take advantage of newer virtual technology. There’s something for everyone here!
If you aren’t afraid of heights (or are ready to conquer that fear) Amp Up offers an amazing ropes course challenge that will take your fun to a whole new altitude!
It’s built for people of all ages and experience and will send you sailing 18 feet above the game floor. Don’t worry – it’s perfectly safe and you’ll be strapped in the whole time.
Amp Up also has a truly epic laser tag arena that stretches across three levels of black-lit and glowing obstacles.
Team up with friends and family to defeat your opponents in this awesome team-building strategy game. The Arena is available to rent out for special events and private parties during non-peak hours.
If you aren’t quite ready to jump in, that’s ok – there is no admission fee to get into Amp Up Action Park!
You can watch the action from the comfort of the delicious Filling Station and Trackside Tavern, which offer tasty snacks, sweet treats, cold beers on tap and even sangria!
All of the activities at Amp Up are priced individually – and quite reasonable – for everything from the high-speed races, laser tag games, and ropes course adventures.
They even offer Go-Pro rentals so you can record your fast and furious fun!
Plan ahead if you want to join in on the fun! There are some height and weight restrictions for different activities (you can find more information on the Amp Up Action Park website) and closed-toe shoes are required to ride the go karts and on the ropes course. Helmets, harnesses and other safety gear is all provided, but you’ll definitely want to dress in something comfortable to move around in!
Amp Up Action Park is located at 13901 Manchester Road, Town & Country, MO 63011. The park is open 7 days a week throughout the summer, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays – Thursdays, 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays.
