Take this hidden speakeasy in St. Louis, Missouri, for example—tucked in moody tunnels beneath Foundry Way. Unless you know exactly what you're looking for, you'd never guess it's hiding right below one of the city's liveliest food halls. City Foundry buzzes with food stalls, shops, live music, and events—then you vanish underground for cocktails that surprise at every sip.

Which brings us to the secret: there are only two ways to discover it. You have to be 21 or older, and you have to head underground.
