Here in Minnesota, not a whole lot of attention is paid to the northwestern corner of the state. Sure, there is plenty to do in Moorhead and other communities on the border with Fargo. But by and large, much of northwestern Minnesota remains unexplored by those who don’t live in the area. It’s a real shame, because the region is home to many great spots – especially restaurants.
