1. Black Sheep Pizza - Minneapolis
Black Sheep has been named among the best pizzas in Minnesota by more than a few news outlets. For that reason, it's unique - and delicious - coal-fired pizzas make this list. Check it out at one of three locations.

2. Broadway Pizza - Twin Cities
Broadway Pizza is one of the best places to get "Minnesota-style" - or square cut - pizza. The eye-catching caboose outside the Minneapolis location is practically a landmark. And with many locations across the Twin Cities metro, you know this 60-plus-year-old establishment is doing something right. For that added bit of history, we recommend the original location.

3. Dulono's Pizza - Minneapolis, Mahtomedi, Woodbury
Dulono's is a bit smaller than some of the others, but it's still a local favorite that deserves a mention. It doesn't get much better than a Dulono's pizza and a beer. You'll find the restaurant at three locations across the Twin Cities.

Galactic Pizza is a quirky spot with a superhero theme. But that's not all that makes Galactic Pizza special. This restaurant operates with a goal of sustainability, so each pizza is made with locally sourced ingredients and, when possible, delivered in environmentally friendly electric vehicles. Better yet, the food is amazing. Try out one of the many gluten-free or organic options.

Pizza Lucé is a longtime favorite of many who live in the Twin Cities - and for good reason. With many unique flavors - and several locations across the metro - it's never too far to pick up a fantastic meal. You haven't lived until you've eaten baked potato pizza. There are eight locations in Minnesota, but maybe check out the flagship store in downtown Minneapolis.

Punch Neapolitan takes after the centuries-old tradition of pizza from the birthplace of this delicious food. 7. Red's Savoy Pizza - Twin Cities
Around since 1965, Red's Savoy has more than a few diehard fans. But after taking a single cheesy bite, you can't really blame them. The perfectly crisp crust topped with delicious cheese and generous toppings make this restaurant a definite pizza bucket list item. There are 14 Minnesota locations to choose from, all in the Twin Cities metro area.
8. Do North Pizzeria - Hermantown, Two Harbors
If you're craving something delicious, Do North Pizzeria is a fantastic option along the North Shore. Fresh dough and homemade sauce combine with flavorful toppings for a great dining experience. Do North has locations in Hermantown and Two Harbors.
