This beautiful restaurant is full of historic charm. From the antique stained glass windows behind the bar, to the reproduction Pairpoint puffy reverse-painted lampshades, this place embraces the vintage charm of early Hollywood days.

You'll find special little touches throughout the dining room, like this authentic Kabuki kimono, which is a museum-quality vintage piece.

The name of the restaurant comes from its muse, singer Charo, who made the phrase "cuchi cuchi" famous.

When she was a child, Charo had a dog named "Cuchillo," which is Spanish for "knife." When he was happy, Cuchilla wiggled, but when he was mad, he would bite with his sharp, knife-like little teeth. As a young child, Charo would wiggle her little bottom and call to the dog, "cuchi cuchi." As an adult, she integrated the phrase into her Hollywood act, adding a sexy shake of her stuff, which gave the phrase its naughty connotation.

While the friendly wait staff doesn't perform for patrons like Charo did back in the day, they provide excellent service, making your dining experience exceptional.

They're all dressed in vintage burlesque attire gleaned from the restaurant's costume closet every evening.

You'll find that your servers have personalities that match their 1920s "characters." They're sassy, fun, and sexy, while still being appropriate for all diners.

The food at Cuchi Cuchi is every bit as amazing as the decor and the costumed staff! You'll want to start with a vintage cocktail...

...then share a few of the small plates on the menu, many of which are heavily influenced by Latin American cuisine.

The International Small Plates menu is full of flavor from Portugal, Spain, Guatemala, and Cuba, but are also influenced by French, Italy, Russia, Thailand, and Japan.
