These beautiful vineyards can be found at 81250 Old Military Rd. in Bush, LA.

The vineyards were founded in 1991 on a 34.5 acre piece of land, placed on the first hills off the coastal plain. This allows for well trained, sandy soils that are hospitable to grapes.

The first few years took time, with only about 200 to 300 cases of wine being produced.

By 1994, though, the winery was taking off.

That year, over 800 cases were produced and the winery was in full swing.

The annual grape harvest is a great event to participate in to see how grapes are really grown.

Over the years, the winery has expanded the types of wine offered.

There are many varieties that provide drinkers with options as they navigate their needs.

Some of the most delicious types of wine are also great paired with Louisiana favorites.

It offers a unique flavor when there is home grown wine and classic Louisiana seafood dishes.

The winery eventually built at 2,400 square foot winery building, and then added on this tasting room.

Fashioned in the French provincial style, it's a great place to taste some delicious wines.

Each year, the winery offers a spring and fall season concert, celebrating the wines and New Orleans music.
