Johnson's Grocery was a dry goods grocery store that operated in the 1930s in a neighboring town that's widely known to be the first dry goods store to commercially sell boudin. After many years of tinkering (and figuring out what size Dixie cups were used for measurements), the folks at Johnson's Boucaniere have unlocked the recipe so that we can all enjoy it just like it was nearly a century ago.
