Here in Kansas, we love our food. Whether you’re in one of our larger cities or a small town out on the prairie that you’d miss if you blinked, you’re sure to find some delicious cuisine. Next time you’re on a Sunflower State road trip and happen to pass through the minuscule town of Kensington (population: 399), make sure to stop by the Rusty Tractor. This friendly, down-home joint is one of our favorite roadside restaurants in Kansas. It’s got a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere and a delicious menu filled with all kinds of goodies, all made fresh daily and almost as good as Grandma used to make.
