The steaks that customers grill are from high-quality corn-fed beef. Through a partnership with Iowa Premium, every steak the restaurant serves supports local family farmers raising black Angus within 150 miles of the steakhouse.

Meals also include salad, Texas toast, baked beans, and baked or skillet-fried potatoes.
