This farm-to-table restaurant offers seasonal, mouth-watering, certified organic food in the beautiful Iowa countryside.
The farm raises organically certified produce, free-range poultry and small livestock, and the meals the restaurant serves come from the food raised on the farm.
The philosophy of the farm is to support optimal health in its patrons by serving locally grown, fresh harvested fruits and vegetables and pasture grazed meat.
The restaurant specializes in Indian, Caribbean and Mediterranean cuisine, and they offer meals that include meat, as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
When you’re done with your meal, make sure to check out the gift shop, where you’ll find items from local artists. There’s also a farm store, where you can buy food from the farm, as well as other farms in the area.
The LT Organic Farm Restaurant is located at 3241 Ute Ave., Waukee, IA. The restaurant is open from May through November. In May through October, they’re open daily from 11am to 9pm, and in November, they’re open daily from 11am to 8pm.
