The folks at the Cheesy Cow Mac & Cheesery are really onto something and you simply have to take a bite. Here's what you need to know about this fun Iowa restaurant and its amazing creation.

The Cheesy Cow opened in 2018 in a Bettendorf strip mall. Its goal: serve the ultimate comfort food.

It delivers on that promise in a big way, serving up gourmet mac & cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, and quesadillas.

The menu has 14 different mac & cheese flavors, including unusual options like Walking Taco Mac, made with seasoned beef, sour cream, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, taco sauce and Doritos.

But what really sets this place apart is the Macarrito. There are five different options to choose from.

They are all over the top: the Macarrito favors here include a Buffalo Chicken Bacon Blue, a Chicken Bacon Ranch, a Steak Fajita, a Pulled Pork and a Walking Taco.
