There are some places you visit that you just do a double take upon entering. It’s almost like experiencing a dream. One such place, the Gardens at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, is so filled with beauty, art, and perfect examples of nature, that you’ll be wondering if you’re asleep or awake while wondering across acres of breathtaking wonder.
The IMA grounds spans over 152 acres and contains many historic properties like the Oldfields Estate (containing the Lilly House), the Miller House and gardens, and the Westerley House and gardens.
The Rapp Family Ravine Garden is part of the Oldfields Estate and is a stunning one acre garden that can be explored behind Lilly House.

The Lilly House and the LOVE sign are two of the most famous sights within the IMA Gardens.
Exploring the IMA Gardens is a fun-filled, wondrous experience, and a great way to explore the outdoors or capture some breathtaking photography.
