Here Are The 12 Most Beautiful Gardens You’ll Ever See In Indiana
It was a couple weeks ago, but I had someone ask if there was a way I could do a list of gardens in Indiana. They wanted to know where they could go to look at beautiful flowers and foliage. I’ve only been to a couple of gardens in the state myself, so I decided to do a little research. Turns out, there are tons of gardens scattered all over the state. I think you’re really going to enjoy this list and the pictures that go with it.

This nursery and sculpture garden is located at 1011 Utica Charlestown Road in Utica.

This arboretum and botanical garden can be found at 1502 N. County Road 825 W in Hazleton. Rare flowers, plants, trees, shrubs, and more are waiting be explored here.

Christy Woods is part of Ball State University in Muncie. Students of the university frequently use this garden for studies of plants and local ecosystems.

Friendship gardens can be found at 2055 E. U.S. 12 in Michigan City. Cultivated gardens, woodlands, and open spaces are spread over more than 100 acres of land at this beautiful garden.

You can find Deming Park Holly Arboretum at 500 S Fruitridge Avenue in Terre Haute.

This beautiful conservatory is waiting for you to check it out at 1100 S Calhoun Street in Fort Wayne. This is a perfect place to go if you have an interest in surrounding yourself with nature. It was first opened in 1983.

As the name suggests this park is part of Garfield Park which can be found in Indianapolis at 2505 Conservatory Drive. This park is home to the sunken garden, an arts and recreational center, a number of sports fields, and a few playgrounds. It's a great place to spend the day.

This arboretum and gardens is located at 450 W 100 N in Valparaiso. This garden and arboretum is a perfect collection of diverse environments including wetlands, woody plants, savanna, and prairie.

This arboretum makes its home at 801 Elks Country Club Road in Richmond. It's home to walking trails, a nature center, and a collection of beautiful trees.


This collection of gardens can be visited at 2367 E 10th Street in Bloomington. This garden is actually a collection of several different gardens including Libby’s Border, Children’s Garden, Shade Gardens, Herb Garden, Indigo Field, Pollinator Garden, Gourd Walk, and Tea Garden.

If you want to visit this garden then make your way to 1011 N. Main Street in Elkhart. The memory of visiting this beautiful garden will stay with you long after you leave.

White River Gardens is in Indianapolis right next to the Indianapolis Zoo at 1200 W Washington Street.
