Opening in 2021, Castle Ridge sits on Racoon Lake in the small city of Centralia in Southern Illinois. It aims to become a *destination* for an Illinois getaway, providing impeccable service that's fit for royalty.

This brand-new castle is meant to be a multi-use complex featuring restaurants, a wedding and events venue, and eventually, accommodations. The stunning setting in a castle along the lake may make you feel as though you are part of a real-life fairy tale.

The first restaurant within the Castle Ridge complex is called Stonewater, where you can order fresh American fare and handcrafted artisan cocktails. Stonewater is open for lunch on Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. and dinner Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

For lunch and dinner, you can order anything from quesadillas to burgers, flatbreads, wings, sandwiches, steamers, steaks, pastas, and so much more. A cocktail may be in order, too!

Occasionally, Castle Ridge hosts an exquisite Sunday Bottomless Brunch. With bottomless mimosas and many made-to-order items like crepes, omelets, and waffles, as well as a carving station, this is one brunch you don't want to miss!

During the warmer weather months, spend time outdoors with live music and cocktails with friends. With both a gorgeous castle and a lake as backdrops, you're set to have an unforgettable experience.

You can also have a memorable dining experience at Castle Ridge's rooftop restaurant, III. View spectacular lakefront scenery as you dine. On the first Fridays of the month, expect live music as you sip on cocktails here.
