It begins with his cabin life in Indiana and shows the humble beginnings from which he came. Guests will also get to see replicas of him with his family living at the White House.

The museum hosts both permanent and temporary exhibits throughout the year. Past exhibits have dealt with the gold rush, slavery, and homeland security.

Displays throughout this unique attraction show Lincoln relaxing with his wife, debating as a lawyer and senator, reading by the fire, and doing other normal things one might have seen him doing at any point in his life.

There are numerous artifacts available from his life and from the time around it. A wall of photos shows many shots collected from the Civil War.

Other war remnants are kept intact at the museum as a reminder of the struggles those before us faced to keep this nation united.
