Did you know that the state prepared food in Georgia is grits? Neither did I. (Even though I’m well aware that there’s not other state that makes grits quite as well as Georgia.) And I’m not just talking about traditional, savory corn-based grits. I’m also talking about shrimp and grits, cheesy grits, bacon-grease grits… You name it, we love it.
