Pedro’s Mexican Restaurant in located on East Washington Avenue. It’s a few miles from downtown and the University of Wisconsin campus, and because it’s close to many of the city’s hotels, it’s a popular restaurant with travelers.
Pedro’s has been around for a long time. It opened 1981 and for a time also had a west side Madison restaurant. It’s a friendly, casual spot that has a lot of fans.
It’s a restaurant worth seeking out. Many consider Pedro’s Mexican Restaurante the best Mexican restaurant in town. It has won numerous awards over the years, including Best Mexican Restaurant (Madison Magazine), Star Awards (Wisconsin State Journal/Capital Times), Fiesta Hispana and Family Centers Inc.
The food is authentic, made from scratch, and delicious – it will please every palate. But we’re not just here for the tacos and enchiladas.
The margaritas are out of this world! Choose from a classic house margarita or go for a custom specialty margarita. If you’re driving, no problemo: non-alcoholic margaritas are also available in original, banana, cherry, cranberry, peach, raspberry, and strawberry.
