Seattle's Lunchbox Laboratory has expanded from a small casual eatery into a beloved local chain, and for good reason. Not only is the menu surprisingly large and impressive, but the classic comfort food is fantastic. Lunchbox Laboratory first opened in 2011 in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood.

These days, there are Lunchbox Labs in Green Lake, Bellevue, Gig Harbor, and Redmond as well.
