Locals Can’t Get Enough Of The Artisan Creations At This Tiny Bakery In Utah
Eva’s Bakery in Salt Lake City offers a charming atmosphere and a variety of French pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods.
Located all throughout the Salt Lake Valley are some delightful mom-and-pop shops and bakeries. While there are many that are always worthy of a visit, Eva’s Bakery is one that will make an impression the minute you arrive. This charming small shop is where you can find French pastries, sandwiches, cookies, and so much more. It’s the kind of place where you want to tell others about it, but you also want to keep it a secret — it’s that special. There’s no wonder why locals just can’t get enough of it.
Welcome to Eva’s Bakery. This beautiful shop is located at 155 S. Main Street in Salt Lake City. You’ll know you are at the right place with the bright blue exterior.
This Salt Lake City bakery was opened by Charlie Perry, who named the shop after his great-grandmother Eva Coombs. Eva had a love of French cooking that she passed down to Charlie, who is now sharing that love with everyone who steps through this bakery’s door.
Inside Eva’s Bakery, you’ll find a lively and beautifully decorated interior with display cases full of baked goods. You are welcome to sit down and enjoy breakfast and lunch or grab a drink and pastry to go.
This shop uses local flour to make all breads, pastries, and croissants and you’ll find quite a large assortment of goods to choose from. But, if you are a bread lover like me, I suggest you try the fresh bread. From sourdough to ciabatta, there is something for everyone.
Grab a perfectly prepared pastry …
… or a macaron as well.
You can also enjoy your baked good with a cup of coffee or tea.
The sandwiches at Eva’s Café are also a must-try, whether they are for breakfast or lunch.
But one thing is for certain — it’s impossible to make a wrong choice here.
