Larry and Sara Bruce decided to turn their farm into a restaurant over 10 years ago. It began by simply sharing produce with close friends and family, a turning point which quickly snowballed into hundreds of hungry visitors lining up to fill their plates.

Lunch is served Tuesday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you're really hungry, you should experience their amazing buffet. This is served Friday nights from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Sunday brunch buffet begins at noon.

You're welcome to make a reservation, but it certainly isn't required.

Every ingredient comes straight from the backyard, and you can definitely taste it. Nothing compares to the crunch of fresh produce, especially when accompanied by overflowing love and compassion.

Although we can all appreciate a homegrown salad, we Texans need some hearty comfort food to fully satisfy our raging appetites. Luckily, Southern classics like smoked meats, yeast rolls, cornbread, and chicken spaghetti can also be found on the menu.

As if the restaurant wasn't charming enough, four quaint guest houses are available for overnight lodging. Hike among groves of magical pines, stargaze on the back porch, and enjoy breakfast and coffee in bed upon your request.

Don't forget to grab a few canned goods (and maybe a loaf or two of zucchini bread) on your way out! Everything from dill pickles to homemade jelly is up for sale, and it's hard to beat an ingredient list this short.
