This is the "Uncle Daryl", which is a four-layer chocolate cake with chocolate chips, toffee, chocolate icing, and chocolate ganache.
There's a reason this behemoth is called "Any Day's A Holiday" - there truly isn't a bad time to enjoy it! Nothing about its ingredients (four alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with chocolate frosting) is particularly innovative, but sometimes simplicity is the most effective baking strategy.
Each slice of this bad boy is $10.95, but it easily feeds two or three people.
"Aunt Etta's" is reserved for the only the most extreme chocolate fans. With four layers of chocolate cake and a chocolate buttercream icing, it's a blackout of epic proportions.
Think you can finish a whole slice?
Some cakes only have two or three layers, but they're still just as delicious. Among these smaller, yet still decadently flavor-packed, creations are red velvet, carrot, and strawberry.
One perk of having fewer layers is that they can be extra thick. A classic has never looked so scrumptious!
Pro tip: bring a bunch of friends and family for an epic cake tasting. Everyone can order something different and pass it to the next person after a bite or two!
Doing this ensures a well-rounded sampling experience for all.
