Enjoy a Sense of Peace at This Incredible Waterfront Restaurant in South Dakota

A small town restaurant with big, delicious flavors.

When you think about waterfront dining, you probably don't think about South Dakota, right? Yeah, me either. But perhaps we should change this, because amazingly, there are a number of awesome places to eat in South Dakota that just so happen to be located on waterfront property.

Just like you can 100 percent have a beach day in South Dakota, you can also have a delectable waterfront dining experience. For example, let's check out Shady Beach Grille in the town of Corona; this waterfront restaurant in South Dakota might just be your new favorite place after this.

Welcome to Shady Beach, an amazing place where water and deliciousness are combined...not, like, with one another, but you get the idea. It's a gorgeous waterfront restaurant right here in South Dakota, and it's sure to become your new favorite place.

There's patio dining year-round thanks to the fact that it's cozily set up indoors with large, wall-to-wall windows and some truly jaw-dropping views of the lake. Big Stone Lake, that is, the beautiful body of water that separates us from Minnesota in the most photogenic of ways.

There's nothing on the menu that's bad, and there are plenty of options. If you're feeling seafood, like some of the tastiest salmon you'll ever have, the menu's got plenty. Another fan favorite is the shrimp dinner. Why not do both? I'm not here to judge.

Most everything on the menu is made in-house, even the bacon! I promise: the menu at Shady Beach is to die for, and there aren't any poor choices. It makes for an awesome evening out with friends, a fun first date, a nice fiftieth date, a great birthday spot... you get the idea.

With views and dishes like these, there's not much else you'll ever need. So, come on out to Shady Beach Grille and watch the sun go down over the water with a delectable drink in hand. This is definitely one of those places where the food and drinks are as good as the views!

Shady Beach is such a local joint that it doesn't have an official website, but you can learn about specials and more on the restaurant's official Facebook page. You'll love it when you go!
