So many people know about Daddy Tom's Cocktail Lounge that the speakeasy-style joint refers to itself as "Bristol's worst-kept secret." Secret or not, this unique spot is perfect for date night or a few drinks with friends, but first, you have to find it.

To do that, just head over to 304 Wine & Beer, pop inside, and look for the bookcase, but in classic speakeasy style, you just can't wander right in. You'll need a password to see what's behind the bookcase.

Once you've gained entry, you'll feel like you've been transported back to the days of Prohibition when alcohol was illegal. This speakeasy, though, offers a chill vibe, where you can relax with a tasty cocktail and a bite to eat.

You've got a few choices when it comes to cocktails. The Hiya Sugar features brown butter-washed bourbon while the This Is Not A Pipe is made of Dad's Hat Rye Whiskey. Don't forget to ask about the Highball of the Month, which features the speakeasy's house-made soda.

The food menu is limited to half a dozen options, with such classics as peanut butter M&Ms, assorted nuts, and forager cheese selection.

For something a little more hearty, try the tomato pie, Linda's Herbed Hard Pretzels (they get rave reviews), or tinned fish and kettle chips.
