The Dog-Friendly Brewery In Pennsylvania That Just Might Be Your New Favorite Hangout

We usually look forward to our next adventure in Pennsylvania, but leaving home often means temporarily saying goodbye to our beloved pets. We’ve probably all felt that little lump in our throat as we shut the door while our pup looks at us with those sad eyes. Next time you feel like hanging out, bring your dog along to this dog-friendly brewery in North Wales, Pennsylvania.

Bring the whole family along to McAllister Brewing Company, billed as the “best kept secret in North Wales,” for a delicious bite, a tasty drink, and the chance to just kick back and relax.

The laidback brewery welcomes both kids and well-behaved pups (as long as they’re leashed) on the outdoor deck.

If you’re here for the drinks, you’re in for a real treat, whether you’re in the mood for a signature beer or a signature cocktail. Try such favorites as Belgian Style Peach Wit, New England IPA, and Hard Lemonade.

When you’re craving a cocktail, you’ve got plenty of choices too. From the McAllister Mule and the Dirty Shirley to the Mojito and Whiskey Sour, the cocktail menu offers something for everyone.

If you’re lactose intolerant, you can still join in on the fun. Using new technology, the brewery can create flavored beers without lactose.

Bring a hearty appetite, too, because you don’t want to pass by one of McAllister’s baked-to-order soft pretzels. Dunk yours in beer cheese, made from the brewery’s own beer.

Or how does a hot dog sound? You’ve got nine from which to choose, so be prepared for a bit of a challenge deciding which to order. Thursdays are all about Tacos, and Fridays and Saturdays feature breakfast burgers and falafel sandwiches.

Don’t see anything that strikes your fancy on the menu? Bring your own food, or order in.

Find days, hours, and more on the McAllister Brewing website. Or, stop by the McAllister Brewing Facebook page.
