Dalessandro's Steaks has been serving its famous cheesesteak since 1960, just 30 years after the popular sandwich was invented by hot dog vendor Pat Olivieri.

Dalessandro's serves an assortment of cheesesteak sandwiches. If you're in the mood for the original, order the cheesesteak, made with fresh-cut ribeye and topped with cheese and onions.
