I grew up in Milford, Ohio, and while I loved walking around downtown as a kid, the options 20 (okay... 30) years ago were admittedly a bit limited. Today, though, Milford has a bustling downtown district full of thriving local businesses housed in old storefronts *and* new facilities that seamlessly blend with the town's vibe, which is warm and welcoming, charming and historic, and, thanks to the Little Miami River, wonderfully scenic. Little Miami Brewing Company captures all of these things; this waterfront restaurant in Milford, Ohio, is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious bite and brew whilst gazing out at the flowing river for which it's named.

Nestled right on the banks of the Little Miami River in Milford, the eponymous Little Miami Brewing Company is a local favorite that everyone in Ohio needs to know about.

Little Miami Brewing Company is known for its small-batch brews that simultaneously celebrate local ingredients and the area's rich brewing history and culture.

But it's not just hoppy IPAs that make this restaurant in Ohio worth checking out; its waterfront location transforms every visit into an experience.

A "waterfront restaurant" in every sense of the phrase, you can literally walk right up to the water, and, in fact, lots of kayakers opt to stop at this restaurant for a mid-trip bite and brew! (I highly recommend the Castle Adventure with Loveland Canoe & Kayak -- it's pure magic.

A lot of times, breweries don't have much variety when it comes to the food menu, but happily, Little Miami Brewing Company is *not* like most breweries.

This brewery is as praised for its food as it is its brews. There's an entire menu devoted to pizzas -- and these wood-fired 'zas pair PERFECTLY with a cold beer (and I don't really even like beer, but in this context, it totally works).

There's also a robust array of colorful, veg-filled salads, epic sandwiches, and tasty appetizers (the churros here are above and beyond), making for quite the delicious dining dilemma!

Oh, and if you can, definitely time your visit to coincide with the Taco Truck. It's only open select days/times, but 100% worth checking out. I could happily make a meal out of the tortilla chips and guac... and with Murphy's Famous Margarita? It's the perfect meal!
