Here in Ohio, we're fortunate to have several craft breweries and local restaurants that specialize in not just delicious food and spirits—but also unforgettable ambience. The Garrison in Fremont, Ohio features an excellent selection of beer, hand-crafted cocktails and exceptionally prepared food. Here's why this one-of-a-kind restaurant and beer garden deserves a spot on your dining bucket.

Still standing at more than 120-years-old, The Garrison is a historic structure that's truly special and timeless.

You'll find it along Garrison Street in Fremont.

One a nice day, we highly recommend taking advantage of the beer garden.

You can visit The Garrison on Monday - Thursday form 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and on Friday - Saturday from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Of course, with more than 20 beers on tap, you're going to want to order a craft beer or two.

Please note: The Garrison is closed on Sundays.

Pro tip: If you're mainly here to check out the spirits, pair them with a meat and cheese board. They're unique, massive and unbelievably delicious.

FYI: Happy Hour is Monday - Saturday from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
