Lucia’s On The Lake Near Buffalo Has The Best Waterfront Views In Erie County

One of the many perks of living here in Buffalo is that we have so many places where we can enjoy breathtaking lakefront views, so why not take advantage of them? Less than 10 miles outside of the center of Buffalo, we're putting the spotlight on Lucia's On The Lake - one of the best waterfront dining establishments here in Erie County.

Follow Lake Erie's shoreline for roughly 10 minutes, and before you know it you'll have arrived at Lucia's on the Lake in Hamburg.

As if the exterior of Lucia's wasn't already stunning enough, inside you'll find an elegant atmosphere that's just as beautiful.

Once you've been seated and are all settled in, you'll quickly realize why so many Buffalonians visit this little slice of Erie County to see the neverending views of the lake.

When it comes to the food, shareable dishes like the famous stuffed hot banana peppers, colossal shrimp cocktails, jumbo chicken wings, and meatballs covered in homemade sauce are all on the menu.

While this may be a restaurant that has an Italian and seafood-based menu, you'll also find things like a 4 X 4 Burgers that has been known to draw in quite the crowd.

This monstrous creation is made up of four patties, two pounds of beef, eight strips of bacon, eight slices of cheese, a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo packed between two brioche buns. Woah!

Of course, that isn’t the only massive menu item here at Lucia’s.

Guests at the lakefront restaurant who are truly feeling hungry can order a 32-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye and other amazing options like seared jumbo scallops, Atlantic cod, lobster linguini, roasted chicken, beef stroganoff, and so much more.

As much as we love to boast about the food here, you'll also want to visit the rooftop patio that has elevated panoramic views of the lake.

Lucia's On The Lake in Hamburg is open from Tuesday through Sunday, so there is plenty of time to take a trip up to bask in the beautiful views and delicious food.
