Hailey’s Harp-Cade Is A Bar Arcade In New Jersey And It’s An Adult Playground Come To Life

I love arcades, but most cater to kids. They've got dancing mice and clowns on Wednesdays. That's all well and good but it's not exactly my scene. Luckily, there's a new trend taking over New Jersey...bar-arcade hybrids. While I'm not much of a drinker, they have a decidedly different vibe. While we've got several great options to include from in the Garden State, a favorite is Hailey's Harp-Cade in Metuchen.

Hailey's Harp & Pub, a popular Irish restaurant, opened the Harp-cade in 2016.

A full service bar and arcade, it's the perfect place to wait for a table or have some fun after dinner!

You'll find a collection of 30 retro games including Pac-man, Skee-ball, shuffle ball, pinball, and Defender. Many of the classics will be there!

It's got everything you need for hours of fun. Games start at 25 cents and go up to $1.

And we can't forget about the drinks. You'll find creative cocktails, beer, and wine.

We also love all the budget-friendly deals and special events.

There's beer, burgers, and bingo on Wednesdays for $10 and Taco Tuesdays with $2 tacos and $3 margaritas. On Thursdays, it's all about vinyl records and Sunday comes with funday football specials like half price pizzas.

While you can bring the kids, adults will enjoy the nostalgia, drinks, and catching the game on their flat-screen TVs. Best of all, if you get hungry, you can just order food from the pub!
