Where can you find the best seafood in the United States? Maine, Massachusetts, or Louisiana? That was a trick question! The answer is, of course, New Jersey. Yes, I am biased. Maine may have magnificent lobster and the shrimp gumbo in Louisiana is out-of-this-world but there's no place better than New Jersey in my book.
