With its globally-inspired cuisine, Gypsy Cafe may not be a typical restaurant in the Granite State. In fact, it may very well be considered the most unique restaurant in New Hampshire. Take your taste buds on a trip around the world at this fascinating eatery.

Head to the town of Lincoln in the White Mountains and you will find quite a unique restaurant with a one-of-a-kind menu. Gypsy Cafe offers excellent, innovative cuisine with an eclectic ambiance.

Using fresh and flavorful ingredients in its worldly cuisine, each bite will take you on a trip around the globe. Even the Egyptian Brussel Sprouts with hazelnut feta dipping sauce (pictured here) are unlike any you've had before.

New Hampshire's seacoast is very small, so it's important to take advantage of each and every opportunity to explore its treasures. From its beaches and state parks to its historic sites, there's a lot packed into this small area. One other thing that is abundant along the seacoast is the wide variety of great restaurants, with cuisine to suit all tastes. Latitudes in New Castle, one of the great spots for waterfront dining in New Hampshire, offers both great food and great scenery.

Latitudes in New Castle is a seasonal waterfront destination that is open from mid-May through fall. It offers classic seafood dishes in an upscale and contemporary setting.
