We love that owner Priscilla Lane Rondeau believes in protecting the environment, which means the dishes here use as many local ingredients as possible.

But let's back up. The space here is beautiful. Large and airy with a rustic, cozy feel.

And, of course, we love how authentically delicious the food is. Which makes sense when you see the perfect oven.

The wood fired oven, an authentic dough recipe, and fresh local ingredients means that this pizza is great for all the right reasons.

It helps that the pizza dough is made fresh every single day. And the oven's average temperature is 900° which is classically Neapolitan.
