From Classic Diner Fare To Delicious Fine Dining, Montana’s Midway Grill & Brews Has Something For Everyone
Midway Grill & Brews in Billings offers a mix of fine and casual dining with in-house made ingredients and plans to become a community gathering spot.

It can't be easy opening a business during a global pandemic, especially a restaurant. But we've seen quite a few new Montana restaurant open their doors in recent months, and for that, we are thankful. Recently, Midway Grill & Brews officially opening in Billings after many frustrating delays. But all it takes is one meal here to realize that this place was worth waiting for.
Midway Grill & Brews is located on Grand Avenue, inside West Park Promenade.
The location is no accident. Owner Matt Melvin wanted to create a restaurant that would help to establish an identity in the Midtown area of Billings.
Melvin, who has opened numerous other local restaurants in the past and is also General Manager of the Petroleum Club downtown, has big plans for this space.
Eventually, it will be more of a community gathering spot with live music, events, and local art.
But in the meantime, the focus is on the absolutely delicious food served here.
The ingredients are made in-house, and each meal is made from scratch.
Although the experience here is definitely elevated, there are plenty of casual options like burgers and pizza on the menu...
...but if you're craving fine dining, you can have that as well.
The French Onion Soup, made from Montana bone broth and served inside an actual onion, is a work of art. The dinner menu includes everything from hearty pot roast to a seasonal fish special.
On the weekends, roll out of bed and visit between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. for a truly tasty brunch.
The waffle comes topped with vanilla custard, Earl Grey blackberry compote, and maple. They even offer breakfast tacos!
Summertime will surely bring a crowd to this patio, and Midway Grill & Brews certainly deserves the business.
Its current hours are Tuesday - Friday from 11 a.m. - close, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
