Located right downtown, the bakery has been around since 1995. But, it sits in the same building as beloved Eddy’s Bakery, which was in the space beginning in 1930. Must be something in the walls that equals great baking!

Today, the shop specializes in European-style baked goods. In fact, back in 2013, the owners invested in an Italian steam deck oven. For those of us that aren't professional bakers, this allows them to create the bread we all love in a much more efficient way.

You just can't find better bread anywhere! Each day, freshly-baked loaves come out of the oven waiting to be enjoyed by locals.
