Fall In Love With French Food Right Here In Montana At Brigade
Brigade in Bozeman offers French fusion cuisine using local Montana ingredients, making it a great spot for both family meals and date nights.
French food is flavorful, decadent, and delicious. France is also very far away, expensive to visit, and quite frankly, not Montana (no offense to Paris). Fortunately, you can get a taste of French fare without leaving Bozeman now that Brigade has officially opened. The team here uses local Montana-grown ingredients to create French fusion cuisine, so you get the best of both worlds.
Brigade is located on East Main Street in Bozeman, in the Osborne Building above Main Street Market.
And since they officially opened at the beginning of June, they've been extremely busy.
Brigade Bozeman is a part of the Okay Cool Restaurant Group, which brought us places like Kitty Warren, El Camino, and Main Street Market.
And while it is family-friendly, it happens to be an amazing date night spot.
The menu features classic entrees like Steamed Mussels Steak Frites with New York Strip Steak.
We have to give props to the French for pairing steak with fries. What a perfect combination!
The Roasted Chicken entree looks straight out of France, but it's made from local chicken, Idaho potatoes, and Gallatin Valley turnips.
And it's topped with a delectable smoked chicken jus.
Of course, you can also expect some creative menu options, as well as daily specials...
...and if you love a creative cocktail, you've come to the right place.
Speaking of cocktails, Brigade has a daily happy hour from 3 - 6 p.m. with some incredible specials, including $3 martinis and $12 Steak Dip sandwiches.
Brigade is open at 3 p.m. for happy hour, followed by dinner service.
Come see what the fuss is all about - and prepare to be impressed.
