Vice President of the Warren-Goodwin Lumber Company, Cyrus C. Warren, had the house built in 1908 and lived here until 1913. Ownership has changed hands many times over the years, with every new owner adding their own personal touches which are still evident today.

One thing that hasn’t changed is the oak-paneled library.

Today, the Library Lounge is a popular spot to enjoy a cocktail. Surrounded by the works of some of the best Mississippi authors, the Library Lounge also has its own dinner menu and a fairly extensive wine list. I’d recommend making dinner reservations at Library Lounge in advance. The Library Lounge is open to the public and you do not need to be a guest at the Fairview Inn to visit.
