Clarence is a small village just outside of Natchitoches. You may have never heard to it before, but that’s about to change.

This little village is hiding one of the most incredible BBQ restaurants in Louisiana, and that’s Grayson’s BBQ.

It might not look like much from the outside, but we all know that the best BBQ joints are always located in unassuming little buildings like this one.

From the moment you walk in, you’ll be entranced by the smells wafting from the kitchen.

Get ready to feast on some finger-licking good BBQ.

Everything is prepared in house, every day, using the same recipes they started with back in 1959.

Their menu may be humble, but what they do, they do well. Their BBQ plates include ribs, beef, ham, or a mixed plate that’s sure to fill you up.

And don’t forget about the sides. Many locals will tell you that their potato salad and cole slaw is addictive. One taste and you’ll be hooked.

Tuesday-Saturday: 9 a.m. till 8 p.m.

Sunday: 9 a.m. till 7 p.m.
