The owner has fond memories of this phrase being used by his father, who did not want others to hear him curse or get upset. It may be an unusual name for a restaurant, but it also just kind of fits, doesn't it?
Knuk N Futz clings to that unusual factor and charm with a lively atmosphere that's perfect for watching the game with friends or enjoying a family dinner out.
In 2013, the restaurant suffered from a devastating fire that almost closed the place for good. But thankfully, the community let it be known that they couldn't live without their neighborhood wing joint, so the owners initiated a comeback story. It took over 5 months to restore it to its original glory, but Knuk N Futz reopened to an eager crowd and it continues to serve up delicious food and a memorable dining experience today.
Given the humble appearance of Knuk N Futz, you may not expect to find some of the best wings in Kentucky inside its doors.
But in fact, the restaurant has award-winning chicken wings that are slathered in house-made sauce and can be enjoyed as traditional wings or boneless. You can choose from a variety of flavors and heat levels to really customize your order to your liking. They are meaty, flavorful, and perfectly crisp.
